Asset Creation
Asset creation includes policies that support the creation of new and/or the conversion of existing resources into wealth-building opportunities for low- and moderate-income individuals and families.
Examples of Policy Solutions:
- Create tools to facilitate land assembly for community-controlled assets.
- Create mechanisms to underwrite risk in order to encourage capital flow to initiatives that create assets for low- and moderate-income families.
- Support cooperative development in rural areas.
